Atif Raza

As the Founder of telSpiel, Atif is playing an instrumental role as Chief Operating Officer with a strong belief that art of doing business lies in building effective network with the right people and acing client management. Having an experience of more than 15 years, specialised in Sales domain, his holistic understanding and experience in operations, marketing, product, and technology drives his success in ever evolving CpaaS industry. Prior to telSpiel, He has worked in companies like Karix, ValueFirst, Virgin Mobile and Nokia. He completed MBA from Hamdard University, Delhi and believe that it was  the stepping stone for shaping his career as an entrepreneur. He strongly believes that his leadership and communication skills have rewarded him at every step in his career and raising telSpiel to achieve great heights and empowering the employees can turn out to be is the real key to achieve organisational success. Other than work he loves to read about world politics and key influential personality of the world.

Atif Raza

Founder & Chief Operating Officer 

Ravi is the Co-founder and Chief Business Officer at telSpiel. Driven by a passion for growth and a commitment to transforming the landscape of CpaaS industry, Ravi co-founded telSpiel with a vision to provide secured and scalable communication platform to enterprises. With an experience of more than 13 years in the telecommunication industry, and a deep understanding of CPaaS, and A2P messaging solutions, he is skilled in new business revenues, key account management, end to end customer life cycle, and product marketing. He also works cross-functionally for operational strategies, with fellow members of the leadership team to foster collaboration and innovation. Before Telspiel, Ravi held business management roles at Karix Mobile, AryaOmnitalk and Reliance Communication. He is a commerce post-graduate from Rajasthan University and holds MBA degree in IT and Telecommunication from Suresh Gyan Vihar University. Ravi's leadership and strategic vision continue to drive telSpiel's growth, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of conversational messaging. Other than reading biographies and listening Podcasts, Ravi is a hardcore follower of Men’s cricket, Bollywood music and curious about Indian mythology.

Anurag Nanda is an eminent industry veteran and a highly accomplished sales professional, with 21 years of diverse experience across sectors, ranging from online businesses to telecom. His career spans around illustrious organisations such as Info Edge (Naukri.com), Twilio, and ValueFirst (now a Tanla company). Formerly served as Senior Vice President - Enterprise Acquisition at ValueFirst, now spearheading telSpiel as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Renowned for his resilience and visionary leadership and a strategist in CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) industry. He specialises in driving exponential revenue growth for organizations by partnering with marquee brands and leading technology companies. His innovative approach integrates with cutting-edge communication solutions, including AI-driven strategies, and an active facilitator in mergers and acquisitions.

Anurag Nanda

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Arjun is the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business at telSpiel. He is an optimistic and enthusiastic sales professional with over 17 years of sales experience in CPaaS Industry. Formerly managing different sales roles at MessageBird and Karix Mobile, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Arjun is skilled at developing the right action plan for each of his client's unique needs and committed to helping them choose the best products. Throughout his career, He has earned the trust of several national and international companies and maintained strong client relationships that generate repeat business. He attributes his success to his ability to listen to customers and put their needs first. In his free time, Arjun enjoys traveling, listening to classical music, and spending time with his family.

With 17 years of business development experience in CPaaS and SaaS, Shailesh has a proven track record of driving aggregator sales, and business growth. At telSpiel, he specialised in assisting Aggregators for adopting smooth business transactions to optimize operational efficiency, expand their businesses, and improve customer experience. His career includes positions at organizations such as GupShup, SMS Country, and SMS Achariya. Shailesh is a commerce graduate having MBA degree specialised in Marketing from Pune institute of business management. He is passionate about delivering value and excellence to his clients. As a hobby he loves to Play Cricket and watch comedy movies in his home time.

Vijayesh, as Sr. Vice President at telSpiel, helping large enterprises adopt digital communication channels to maximize their operational efficiency, foster business expansion and improve CX. He has 17 years of sales experience in CPaaS & SaaS; with proven success in driving sales, profitability & business growth, retention as well as enhancing customer experience. Prior to TelSpiel, Vijayesh has been a part of organisations such as PayTM, Valuefirst, Infobip, Yellow.ai, Videocon, and Karix. He is a business administration graduate from Institute of Professional Education & Research (IPER), Bhopal and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management from the Institute of Marketing & Management, Delhi. In his free time, Vijayesh likes to read about Geopolitics & International Security, Listen to music.

Vijayesh Mishra

Sr Director - Enterprise Business

Mohit, works as a Vice President Enterprise Sales at telSpiel, he is responsible for new business development, building client relationship, and revenue growth. In past 19 years of professional life, he has expertise both Technical and Sales roles in SaaS, CpaaS, Banking, and Retail industry. Previously, Mohit worked at lower to middle level management for companies like Exotel, Capillary, IDBI, Religare, and Pantaloons. He is a B.Sc. graduate specialised in Mathematics from Mumbai University, having MBA degree in Information Technology from Sangai International University. Other than work, His interests are reading books, listening to music and travelling. Mohit also likes to play table-tennis and badminton.

Vinod is the Vice President of Technical Operations at telSpiel. He brings a foundation of knowledge and expertise honed through his academic journey and professional experience. With an MCA degree from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and 14 years of hands-on experience in technical managerial roles at companies like Spice, Hungama, Ericsson and Karix, He is leading a team that thrives on innovation and excellence. One of the most fulfilling aspects of his role is witnessing the impact of our team's collective efforts. Whether it's streamlining processes, enhancing system reliability, or implementing cutting-edge technologies, he consistently delivers results that exceed expectations. His dedication to quality and innovation sets us apart in the competitive landscape. In his spare time, he enjoys Bollywood songs from 90’s era and also a follower of the game of Cricket and Football.

As a Vice President Enterprise Business at telSpiel, Waris oversees business growth, and client engagement, ensuring the delivery of top-tier communication solutions. With 11 years of sales experience, he specializes in crafting tailored solutions to enhance client engagement and drive business growth. Previously, He has held sales roles in CpaaS and technology firms like Solution Infini and GreyTip. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from KPB Hinduja College, which has provided a strong foundation in strategic management and operational growth. Outside of work, Waris enjoys cricket, swimming and an avid traveller who loves discovering new cultures.

As an Assistant Vice President, Uday is leading customer support at telSpiel and responsible for ensuring smooth transitions of services, regular interactions with customers for enhancing their experience with telSpiel. He also monitors overall message traffic for ensuring smooth service deliverability to the customers. Prior to telSpiel, He worked as a Team Lead in Customer Support at ValueFirst. In his 11 years for professional career, he specialized in customer support, traffic analysis, delivery efficiency, and team collaboration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Rajasthan University. When he is not working, he loves watching thriller movies and web series.
