Fynd is India’s largest offline-to-online (O2O) omnichannel platform, working with brands and retailers to enable their store inventory to be shoppable across different online and offline channels beyond the store. Online customers can buy these products on the Fynd App, Fynd.com, the brand’s own website, prominent marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Tata CLiQ, Ajio, Flipkart and Google.

Business Requirement

Fynd’s objective is to maintain secure, timely and authentic interactions with customers during their transactions. They were looking for an A2P messaging vendor who can provide a scalable and authenticate solution being economic at the same time. Their major chunk of messaging traffic belongs to acquisition campaigns. The provider must ensure the lowest latency with a higher delivery percentage to avoid any drop in conversion percentage. Their primary task was to send a unique message in both English and Vernacular language to each user (Mobile number) to achieve hyper personalization without calling the API multiple times.

Solution

telSpiel extended https API based SMS account for Service implicit, explicit and Transaction messaging category and one separate web-based interface for promotional messaging category. Messaging platform that is robust and redundant on an active-active data server and fully secured under the network protected by a multiple layer of ultra-high-end next generation dual firewalls. These send outs were supported by real time detailed message log reports. Many to Many XML API helped them to achieve hyper personalization in messaging without any snag.
