Xpressbees wants to notify the end user regarding their delivery updates and other critical information related to order delivery as quick as possible and end-to-end secured transmission of data.

Xpressbees has identified few of the locations where their existing vendor was not able to achieve desired delivery percentage henceforth, they want us to improve the deliverability of communications so that maximum users in those areas can be informed about delivery updates of their parcel as much as possible.

A customized real time reporting is required to get better financial insights for SMS spend.

Solution

Transactional Notification: telSpiel assists Xpressbees to keep end users updated and informed at every stage of their order delivery. From order placement to last mile delivery customers receive SMS alerts with the relevant information from the telSpiel SMS API platform.
