Business Requirement

Capital Foods Pvt Ltd, being in the FMCG industry has a huge dealer and retailer network to serve. To build a communication bridge with their dealer and retailers they wanted to explore both SMS and voice channels. On the SMS front their objective was to ensure that their retailers should be informed about Order details, Delivery status, transaction authentication. Additionally, they are inclined to explore customized voice base solutions to get the receipt acknowledgement for ongoing lucky draws prize and other gift items.

Solution

SMS Channel: telSpiel assists Ching’s to keep their retailers updated and informed at every stage of their order delivery and transactions. Retailers receive SMS alerts with the relevant information from the telSpiel SMS API platform. To send out OTP, Dedicated OTP environment solution was delivered on top of that multiple retries have been enabled to get maximum delivery percentage.

Customized IVR: Ching’s wanted to launch a retailer verification mechanism for their lucky draws and Prizes. telSpiel provided them a customized IVR solution with following inbuilt functionalities –

  • Virtual Mobile Number with the capacity to receive a huge number of incoming call volumes.
  • Vernacular language option available as Hindi and English and compatible with other languages as well.
  • A secured environment that communicates with databases to verify and validate registered user mobile numbers with the help of APIs.
